We are now introducing Women's Only Cardio Kickboxing Classes! It is a great beginner workout for girls and women of all ages and levels of activity. Set to music, it is an upbeat cardio workout designed for you to get in shape and have fun while doing it! Only $99.00 + hst for 3 full months of training. (Must provide own boxing gloves, which can be purchased at our location).
